The modern, spacious premises were completed in 2011 and 2012; they are in excellent condition and well equipped. The premises can adapt to your needs, providing a superb framework for your company’s business.

The Tiilitie property comprises two adjacent buildings, connected by a shared yard. Both properties also have, in connection with the warehouse facilities, loft-style, extremely neat and serviceable office, manufacturing and staff facilities. Both properties also have office towers comprising four storeys. The property’s yard has an abundance of parking spaces.


Ecological and certified

The Tiilitie logistics centre has been granted LEED-certification – the first logistics property in Finland to have it. LEED helps buildings around the world to conserve energy, water, natural resources and money as the same time as it promotes people’s health and wellbeing.

LEED-certifications is not only an indication of the Tiilitie logistics property’s energy-efficiency and environmental friendliness, but also of its location, with good public transport connections and water supply management solutions.


Technically advanced

The Tiilitie logistics property’s multipurpose loading and unloading zones and its large, paved yard ensure fluent loading, unloading and transit traffic. The loading bays have hoisting doors for trucks and articulated vehicles to facilitate collection and unloading.

With up to 10.5 metres of headroom in the western property and 8.5 metres in the eastern property, there are possibilities for a wide range of applications. It is possible to drive a vehicle into the western building. The warehouse floor’s load-bearing capacity is excellent: the slab thickness is 260 mm, design load 40 kN/m² and point load 61 kN.

The warehouses have mechanical ventilation and heat recovery. It is also pleasant to work in the office premises whatever the weather, with air-conditioning fan convectors.


Easily accessible

The Tiilitie property is in an excellent location close to superb transport connections, only a few minutes away from Helsinki Ring Road III. From there it is only a short hop to the airport and to the railway stations of the Ring Rail Line. Downtown Helsinki and Vuosaari harbour are only about a 20-minute drive away from the logistics centre. Public transport and light traffic are also well served.
